IMPORTANT: Each die is individually tested in-house for cutting accuracy, but due to slight variations in metal thickness that can occur during the manufacturing process, occasionally a die may require an additional "shim" to cut through desired materials. Shim thickness is typically 1-2 sheets of standard cardstock. For best results, we recommend making a test cut on a scrap of similar material to determine if additional shim is needed.
