This outstanding example has its beaded winding crown capped with a blue spinel cabochon. The rectangular onyx lacquered dial with Roman numerals around a rail-track minute circle is in great condition, the hands are rhodiumized sword-shaped. The movement is highly decorated with Côtes de Genève. An icon in design, one can like it or not but never underestimate the importance of this beautiful and perfectly balanced design.
