Whether you're new to yoga or have practiced for years, you are welcome to come take part in this class. Bring your own yoga mat if you have one-- we will have a limited number available to those who don't. When you register below, please let us know if you are bringing your own mat or if you will need one provided, so that we know how many we will need.
