Bartlett 3 Ply Wool Yarn • PAPER SCISSORS STONE

This wool yarn has long been a favorite among handwork teachers. Bartlett 3 ply is a rustic yarn that knits up fast, grips the needles well and is a strong, consistent and economical 100% wool yarn.  Spun in Maine from Maine fleece, this yarn is spun on a spinning mule and so retains the softness of natural wool and has a wonderful homespun appearance. Thicker than worsted yarn, size 8 needles or larger are recommended.  Chemical free; Natural and Grey are also dye free. Each 3 ply skein is 4 ounces - 145 yards.
