From the 1940s a Black Gabardine Wool Suit designed by Norman's Montreal - Coats and Suits of Quality. It has appliqued accents at the collar and pockets of the tapered jacket which does up with five covered buttons. It's fully lined in a gray satin. The skirt has a long double inverted kick pleat at the back. It has medium sized shoulder pads.e Please rely on the following measurements for size, all given in inches. Jacket - 38 bust - 32 waist - 38 hips - 17 shoulders - 22 sleeves Skirt - 30 waist - 38 hips - overall length - 27 It is in very good condition, there are four very small pulls in the fabric, one on the right upper arm and one at the lower right back and two at the bottom left back of the jacket, very minor. A nice example of a late 40s suit.
