In Victorian days, this would have been similar to a lady's undergarments! The pretty cotton camisole has pin tucking, lace, and tiny buttons in the center front with a peplum extending to the hip. Lace and ribbon finish the neckline. The lace-trimmed 100% cotton bloomers have three rows of cotton ruffles gathered to a band below the knee. Lace trim above the ruffles. Elastic waist. Made in America. You decide: underwear or outerwear? Erin has layered a skirt/petticoat over the bloomers and they are priced separately.
