Victoria Winslow is a retired MI6 agent who maintains a romantic relationship with Ivan Simanov. Victoria helped patch up Frank after he was shot in the first movie. She also went against the orders of MI6 during the second movie and worked in secret with Marvin to help Frank, until she reveals that she's working with Frank when he comes to England.
