Made from copper these thicker, heavier coins bear the young head portrait and were eventually replaced with smaller bronze pieces in 1860.The attractive portrait of the Queen with her pony tail and on the reverse seated Britannia. Coins are in near EF condition. These coins are in very fine to extremely fine condition.
