Measurements and Condition: Fits like: Labeled vintage size 13, fits modern women's medium Fabric: Cotton velvet Brand: Ms. Dibs Condition: Very good, with light general wear, and the waist was taken in by about 1/4 at either side of the waist (sizing still seems proportional as is, and this could be removed with a seam ripper if desired). Waist: 28 Hips: 39 - taken at the bottom of the zipper opening Rise: 12.5 Inseam: 27.5 - the cuff could be removed with a seam ripper if you want them longer Shown on a 5’8” model with measurements of 34”-26”-37”, usually wears a size small.
