A peony without a name, is still a peony. This light-pink selection is not officially registered with the American Peony Society. We have taken the liberty to unofficially call her 'Ida's Pink' in tribute to Ida Goff Sherman. As resilient and stoic as its namesake, 'Ida's Pink' is certain to add command presence in your garden with 8 silky, semi-double flowers atop 5' to 6' peony trees. When mature, 'Ida's Pink' can have 50 or more blossoms at any one time! A truly spectacular show. Prefers full sun in the northern zones and semi-shade in the south.
