How to use: Make sure the skin is clean and dry. Apply the nipple covers then cut the tape to the length you want and apply to your body to achieve the desired shape. For more support, apply additional strips of tape.

Removal: Soak the tape in oil. You must saturate the tape thoroughly so that the oil penetrates into the adhesive and begins to loosen the bond between the tape and your skin. Allow the tape to soak for at least 15 minutes.
