Sugar flowers are made with gumpaste, edible glue and edible food colouring. Unlike real flowers, hand crafted wafer paper or sugar flowers are completely safe to place on your cake. Kindly note that the flower is supported by a wire and the centre is constructed on a styrofoam ball.
