Happy Thanksgiving!! Last Thanksgiving I had not yet started my blog. My husband was recently home from rehab so it was our first holiday (he was away at his stay during Mac’s 3rd birthday) celebrating the amazing miracle that was worked in our lives. I am thankful my husband put down the drugs and picked up the camera to help me. Meeting so many wonderful people through this journey is just one perk of his sobriety. If you know anyone who got sober through working the 12 steps it is a lot of DAILY hard work and certainly worth recognizing, especially around the holidays when a lot of people place emphasis on “celebrating” with alcohol.
