The Tech Men, formerly known as the Epsilon Society, is an evil organization that first appeared at Crisis at the Cleo. Rook was young when he wanted to join, but they told him he must forget his family and his name in order to join, which made Rook not want to join. Later, they were disbanded after being accused of Criminal activity, and later, started going by the name of the Tech Men. The Tech Men also have a cult-like aura around them, believing themselves as the true handlers of technology
