Squatter Otter is a side character in We Baby Bears who becomes friends with The Bears after trying to help them find a home. Squatter Otter is young blue otter with a tan muzzle and underbelly. He is fairly thin and significantly taller than the bears. He wears a red beanie, a red and orange striped scarf, and a large green button-up jacket with a few patches that can has many pockets on the inside.
