Recommended Fabrics: Medium-weight cotton/lycra knits, medium polyester knits, swim and dance 4-way stretch. The knit should stretch from 4”- 5” and retain its shape (see stretch guide). Knits should be sturdy and retain shape after being stretched. Not suitable for overly light-weight knits. Fusible Interfacing: You may use any interfacing with moderate stretch. If you can substitute stretch interfacing non-woven interfacing cut on the bias. Lace: The lace must stretch from 4”- 5” and retain its shape (see stretch guide). The lace should be 1 ½” -
