Following%20the%20popular%20release%20of%20the%20Tiger%20I%20comes%20our%20second%20amazing%20tank%20to%20the%20MMV%20Series%2C%20the%20U.S.%20M4%20Sherman.%20Like%20the%20Tiger%20I%2C%20the%20Sherman%20features%20easy%20assembly%20with%20as%20much%20detail%20as%20our%20fantastic%201%2F35%20MM%20Series%20plus%20more.With%20approximately%2050%2C000%20units%20produced%20during%20WWII%2C%20the%20U.S.%20Army%26rsquo%3Bs%20series%20of%20M4%20Sherman%20tanks%20were%20one%20of%20the%20driving%20forces%20behind%20Allied%20victory.%20Designed%20for%20efficient%20mass%20production%20and%20including%20room%20for%20future%20modifications%2C%20the%20M4%20series%20boasted%20superior%20ground%20performance%20with%20excellent%20reliability.%20Amongst%20the%20many%20variants%20produced%2C%20the%20early%20production%20M4%20featured%20a%2060%20angular%20shaped%20welded%20hull%20and%20a%20cast%20turret%20loaded%20with%20a%2075mm%20M3%20cannon.%20With%20a%20350hp%20air-cooled%20gasoline%20engine%2C%20Vertical%20Volute%20Spring%20(VVS)%20suspension%20and%20a%205-speed%20forward%20and%20reverse%20transmission%2C%20the%20M4%20was%20capable%20of%20top%20speeds%20of%20up%20to%2038.6km%2Fh.%20Production%20began%20in%20July%201942%2C%20with%206%2C748%20units%20produced%20by%20January%201944.%20The%20initial%20production%20run%20featured%20a%20distinctive%203-piece%20bolted%20transmission%20housing.%20Some%20M4%20were%20also%20fitted%20with%20applique%20armor%20bolted%20later%20on%20for%20extra%20defense.%20The%20M4%20Sherman%20saw%20action%20throughout%20Europe%20including%20both%20the%20Normandy%20and%20Italian%20campaigns%20and%20was%20the%20most%20produced%20U.S.%20tank%20during%20WWII.Model%20features%20exceptional%20detailing%20of%20all%20unique%20aspects%20of%20the%20early%20production%20M4%20Sherman.%20Note%20the%203-piece%20bolted%20together%20front%20transmission%20housing%2C%20the%20sharply%20angled%20upper%20hull%2C%20and%20the%20smooth%20curve%20of%20the%20cast%20turret.%20Like%20the%20Tiger%20I%20tank%2C%20model%20also%20features%20a%20die-cast%20hull%20for%20extra%20weight.1%2F48%20detailed%20scale%20model%20of%20the%20early%20production%20M4%20Sherman.%20Length%3A%20120mm%2C%20Width%3A%2057mmEarly%20production%20model%20accurately%20depicted%20with%203-piece%20bolted%20transmission%20housing%2C%20flatreturn%20roller%20arm%20and%20spoked%20wheels.Pre-coated%20die-cast%20lower%20hull%20for%20added%20weight%20and%20realism.Applique%20armor%20included%20for%20upper%20hull%20and%20turret.Commanders%20hatch%20and%20upper%20hull%20hatches%20can%20be%20assembled%20in%20opened%20or%20closed%20position.Turret%20can%20be%20rotated%2C%20and%20cannon%20can%20be%20raised%20and%20lowered%20after%20assembly.Small%20detailing%20such%20as%20accessories%20come%20pre-molded%20to%20upper%20hull%20for%20easy%20assembly.Comes%20with%203%20sets%20of%20markings%20including%20markings%20used%20during%20Normandy%20landings.
