A full set of 50 cigarette cards in Churchman's 'Treasure Trove' series, released in 1937. This is an original vintage item and not a reproduction. Each individual card in the set has unique and beautiful artwork. A sample selection from the set is shown here. Cigarette cards were enormously popular throughout the 20th century as a way for manufacturers to advertise and encourage repeat purchase of their products. These cards were popular throughout Europe and North America and are how highly collectable. These cards are in good condition. Please be aware that there may be a little wear to the corners of the cards due to their age, with the occasional mark to the backs of a few cards in the set.
