Raised on the small Island of Kauai, Hawaii, Tatjana Zina grew up in a property investment family and learned the value of managing and maintaining multiple income generating properties. Pursuing further education, Tatjana moved to Northern California to complete her Bachelor's degree at Chico State University, and immediately fell in love with area and the amazing community that she now calls home.

After graduating, she entered into the vacation property management industry overseeing luxury homes and condos from Honolulu. Since earning her real estate license in California, Tatjana sold segmented deeded condos in Carmel and now manages her business with Coldwell Banker Dufour Realty in Chico. On her free time she enjoys being with her loved ones, spending time outdoors, traveling back to Kauai and exploring new places.
