PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONOverband Magnet with Automatic Cleaning is a kind of separator used to separate the iron pieces passing through during the transportation of the product. These parts are placed on the conveyor and the captured iron particles are thrown out by the automatic system of the machine. The materials being transported do not come in contact with the belt magnet, so that wet, sticky materials heated up to 150°C can be separated with the magnet. Self-Cleaning Overband Magnets should be designed according to dimensions suitable for the working position (perpendicular to the belt or parallel to the belt).
