Royal Copenhagen Danish Porcelain Blue Flower Scalloped 8049-10 Saucer 6” wide, Circa 1915 This is dated to “1923 or earlier” and are most likely from about 1915-1920 which keeps them contemporary with my family’s other plates of the same pattern. marked with wavy lines, artist initial and “X” and “ROYAL COPENHAGEN DENMARK” “10/8049” The plate is officially considered to be A saucer for a teacup, but I use this for a number of uses such as a side or bread and butter plate. The saucer is all hand painted with a cobalt blue floral design that is commonly referred to as “ blue flower”. They seem to be fuchsia (in my opinion). The rims have a basket weave design that is commonly referred to as “braided”. The pattern number 10/8049 Is also hand written on the back of the plate In excellent antique condition with no chips cracks or crazing. size 6” wide I also have a 8501-10 “blue flower scalloped” large saucer currently for sale in my shop. I can combine orders to save you on shipping!
