Oncore offers Ride, Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, Yoga, Barre, Pilates and Reformer classes across 4 studios.Our classes give a great workout experience that leave you feeling strong. Classes are generally 45 minutes, but we offer some express 35 minute Rides and 60 minute Yoga classes.Staff are welcoming. Please come dressed for class and note that NO CLEATS will be provided for Ride classes (trainers can be worn).Shower Towels available at reception for £2. Currently no sweat towels provided.Please arrive at the studio AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE class time to secure your spot in class. Arriving on time is considered LATE - our studio is large and it will take time to navigate to your room. Please allow extra time if you have to store any personal items, fill water and/or use our toilets or changing facilities. No Late Entry will be permitted to classes. Out of respect for other clients and to manage the waitlist, doors may be locked 2 minutes before class start time. Access cannot be guaranteed after this time.
