(Kingston, Ontario) Visitors to several City of Kingston-owned properties may have noticed a new sight in recent weeks, as clothing donation bins have been installed at 19 different locations throughout the city; part of a new textile recycling pilot project which was approved by Kingston City Council earlier this fall.
