Dragon the line: George R.R. Martin and Donato Giancola make

Author and Santa Fe resident George R.R. Martin, who is known for his close involvement in the visual and commercial translation of his work, tapped Brooklyn-based artist Donato Giancola to create a dozen original paintings for the official A Song of Ice and Fire 2015 calendar. Beginning Thursday, Dec. 18, a selection of drawings, transfers, and oil paintings related to the project is on view.
