We work with you to figure out the best nutrition strategies to help you achieve your goals. You'll start off with weekly 1:1 nutrition consults to help you really get back on track.FitnessWe work in small groups of women (4 max) with a personal trainer to ensure a safe, effective, and personalized workout. All of our workouts include Strength and Cardiovascular Training to boost your metabolism, strengthen bones, improve balance, and tone your muscles. Learning how to lift weights correctly and safely is a vital life skill for women. Cardiovascular training is an equally important component for adding more years to your life and life to your years.AccountabilityWe support you and your goals every day. We'll work with you to set short-term goals that will lead to lasting results. You will have appointments for all your workout sessions and nutrition consults. It will be simple: If you show up, you'll get results. Having accountability from our coaches and studio manager is just the first step to success. We'll help develop a great support system of women, each with their own "Why" for working on their health goals. It’s proven, women are more successful when supported in a communityand laughing!
