Possible monitor burn-in ?

Hi, been using my Samsung SyncMaster 2493HM for about 2 and a half years now and after cleaning it today i have noticed 2 lines at the top of the screen, they appear to line up with the toolbars

I didn't fear burn-in on my OLED gaming monitor — until I got burned
