Union Pilates is an authentic Pilates studio in Seattle's Eastlake neighborhood.  Union specializes in private and small group sessions in a efficient, convenient and comfortable environment.  The studio is outfitted with Gratz equipment, designed by Joseph Pilates himself. Instructors at Union are certified in apparatus and mat Pilates in the authentic method and have 6-10 years experience teaching.
