The wide leg is approx 22 inches circumference. Deep pleats on the front run into a strong and slimming crease. Style also has 2 darts on the back. Topped off with contrast top stitching - this is a fantasic and authentic style. Key 40s features:- - wide leg - natural waist fit with deep waist band - turn up - side zip with shell-look button - deep front pleat  - contrast top stitch on pockets & waistband Fits on the natural waist with a wide waist band. So comfy. Very wide leg style is great for dancing and was very typical in the 30s & 40s during the rise of sports casual styles.
