Pastel neon purple is a bit lighter than the regular neon purple formula. *Please note that the purple pigment used in this formula has a tendency to fade over time to more of a pink. It usually does not occur until the 1 year mark, so please use before 1 year* Purchase the entire pastel neon collection here.
