DKC and PCM 9mm brass - General Ammunition Discussion

In a current Gunbroker auction for some “Diablo” brand 9mm, they show DKC 9X19 and PCM 9mm LUGER brass. I find that DKC is a known entity at the link below, but I don’t find much of anything on PCM.
