Nearly Me 395 Extra Light Weight Breast Form: The Nearly Me 395 Extra Light Weight Silicone Breast Form has been designed to fit women who have had more modified breast surgery need less fill on the sides and require an extra light weight silicone form. The Nearly Me 395 is 35% lighter than standard silicone. This extra light weight form is flatter on the back and fit a smoother flat chest wall. The profile is shallower than other forms and have a lower nipple apex that helps match the drape of a more mature breast. Two-year manufacturer warranty. Colors: Beige or Soft Sable (special order).
