Every decision that I have ever made has led to this exact point. I am truly dedicated to enriching the lives of others through strength training and physical movement, I firmly believe that moving your body will help you achieve incredible things. I believe we must work to inspire the younger generations, to help them learn the value of exercise. I want to help the children of our generation feel confident to exercise, whatever this may look like for them. To grow up feeling strong and like they have a safe space, somewhere they always feels supported. Over the last few months, I have been working behind the scenes with schools across the UK and young people to host workshops on the importance of physical activity, and the benefits of keeping active. It was truly enlightening and inspiring to see how these children currently feel about sports, and the impact we had in just an hour. This is just the start, we will be visiting more schools, reaching hundreds of students, providing free sportswear and hosting more workshops to have a greater impact on how young people perceive fitness and their confidence in movement.
