Katie Butcher-Merrill, CEO and Founder of B-Lynk, began her career in IP Telephony in 2007 with at the time, Tampa based start-up, Telovations.

In 2009, she was tasked with building a Client Services team and improving the onboarding experience for enterprise clients. She successfully implemented new processes and procedures around the project management of those accounts, leading to increased customer retention and higher satisfaction markings.

In 2010, after recognizing a need for training in the hosted Unified Communications space, she started B-Lynk. B-Lynk provides training services, including sales and end-user training on the Smart-Lynk managed service platform for over 40 BroadSoft based Service Providers and Hosted UC companies globally.
