DELIVERY TIMES:Our Warehouse is International based and all orders takes between 10-20 (working days) (excluding weekends and Public Holidays). We take 1-2 days to process all orders once we receive them from the warehouse and courier it via Courier Guy straight to you (2-4 Working days). Delivery time does not include processing time. In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur and the item may be out of stock. You will be notified via Email where you can choose another item of the same value or ask for store credit or refund. Please note that once the shipment leaves the factory it is in the hands of courier companies and customs. There might be delays at times due to customs and or the courier company. But we are trying our best to get shipments here as fast as possible and on time. If Dainty Dot Wear is responsible for sending damaged items/incorrect item/size that was ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by Dainty Dot Wear as per our return policy. Dainty Dot Wear takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses.
