This horse brass or souvenir brass made in the Edwardian era if 1911 to commemorate the coronation of King George V and Queen Mary. The brass was a revolutionary design, as it was the first one to have the profiles of both the king and queen, and not just the king. That design has been repeated in royal brasses since.
