Duckworth Street Improvements & Grove Street East Watermain

This three-phase project reconstructs Duckworth Street from Bell Farm Road to St. Vincent Street and also includes a new watermain on Grove Street from Duckworth Street to Nelson Street. The Duckworth Street work includes new watermain, sewer replacements, and right-of-way improvements including, new sidewalks, new pavement, intersection upgrades, and road widening for bicycle lanes. The Grove Street work includes new watermain, pavement and bicycle lanes.
