The submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) departed Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Nov. 1. This was Frank Cable’s first port visit since departing Apra Harbor, Guam, and taking over as the expeditionary submarine tender.
