Fantastic Plastic Elastic chair

The FPE or Fantastic Plastic Elastic Chair was designed by the internationally renowned designer Ron Arad in 1996/7. It can be considered to be one of the most seductive examples of a chair produced in plastic. The FPE Chair combines extruded aluminium and injection moulded polypropylene to produce a strong and stylish form that offers a soft and lightweight seating solution. The sleek, curved form makes a powerful design statement that is amplified by its bold colours.
