NOTES: - I’m wearing a 30G UK, which is the same size I wear in the Scantily half cup bras. This means that this bra does run on the shallower end. That being said, I WILL be getting this altered down to get zero bounce while running, but this is the only 30 band sports bra I own that doesn’t hurt my shoulders from the band being too big. - Size range: 30 - 40 F to Kcup UK, G to O US. Hands down this is a new top recommendation from my sports bra trials. - The J-hook is LOWER down and doesn’t adjust. If you have a shorter length arm, it MAY be tricky for you to close on your own. If you have accessibility concerns, it may be trickier to close than traditional J-hook placement by yourself. HOWEVER, because the straps fully adjust, I have not felt the need to use the j-hook personally, which is rare for me.
