Turning 30 is a milestone that can either intimidate you, or inspire you. Lauren Conrad, who hits the big 3-0 in February, is opting for the latter. And like so many outspoken starlets of today, she's rewriting the rules of getting older, from stepping up her career goals to dressing for herself (and not her age). "I was trying [on a tulle skirt] and was like, 'I gotta hurry up and wear this before I turn 30!'"
