lt;p><strong>REGISTRATION INFORMATION:</strong></p><p>Registration is taken on a monthly basis. Patrons may register for a single month or an entire season: Fall (October-December); Winter (January-March); Spring (April-June); Summer (July-September). All payments for continuing students are due on the first of each month. Payments not received by the 5th of each month will be subjected to a late fee. Registration for upcoming seasons starts on the 15th of the month prior to the start of the season. Sign-ups will continue during regular business hours until classes are filled. All Registration is done on a first-come, first serve basis. No spaces will be held without payment in full.</p><p>Class fees cover instructor fees, administrative costs, supplies, and maintaining present hours of operation. Staff reserves the right to cancel or combine classes if minimum enrollment is not met.</p><p><strong>There will be a non-refundable 15% administrative fee assessed for any patron granted a refund, change or transfer of class or program. No full refunds will be granted unless a program is cancelled by the facility.</strong></p><p><em><strong>Persons with disabilities are welcome to participate in our programs. Reasonable accommodations will be made with prior arrangements.</strong></em></p><p> </p><p><strong>ROOM AND FACILITY RENTALS</strong></p><p>Need a location for your next birthday or family party?</p><p>Eagle Rock Recreation Center offers its rooms and facilities, both indoor and outdoor, for private use. Price quotes will not be given over the phone. Please print out the request form by clicking on the link below and mail / fax the completed form to the park office to receive a price quote.
