Of course, this wasn't as effective as desired and the pattern was quickly phased out after the Gulf War. Over time this camouflage has become much more desirable among collectors, vintage clothing enthusiasts and surplus enjoyers. Sadly much of it has already been parted out and sold to private individuals, but the rare batch of bulk DNC does come up every now and then. These overpants are intended to be worn over the regular uniform bottoms and have pass-through pockets. Of course, pockets can be added by someone competent with a sewing machine.
