Some patterns require you to use your upper bust measurement to determine what size to make. But what if your bust is larger than the size allows? If you go up or down a size to accomodate your bust, it's highly likely that it now won't fit you shoulders, neck & arms properly. A bust adjustment is used to manipulate the pattern to allow extra room for your bust, whilst keeping all other elements the same. The following full bust adjustment is designed for stretch fabrics with small adjustments only. For large bust adjustments or woven fabrics, this method is not suitable. But you will use the same method on: Keep It Simple Tee, Be You Tee, Exhale Hilo Top, Besties Tee
