Once you have your normal bra on, slide the bra sweat liner under your bra underband and stay in place all day! Specially treated to be quick drying , so you don't stay wet all day. Fit directions With your bra on, lift the centre of the bra band outwards and insert the bridge of the Bra Sweat Liner between the breasts. Place one side of the 'long section' up and under one breast, following the curve of your bra. Repeat this procedure for the other side.
