Boho House is an airy jungle, desert, bohemian, & rock n' roll-inspired housing collective made up of a main residence, two garden cottages and an attached apartment located in beautiful Hope Ranch Annex in Santa Barbara. Perfect for a sunlit retreat, picnic-style baby shower, stay-cation, food demo, inspiring photoshoot, casual interview, or comfortable remote-working environment. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, an Apple TV, Sonos speakers and Smart lightbulbs and sockets throughout. Also it is stocked with essentials (coffee, creamer, spices, condiments, toilet paper, etc.). The home is also owned by two musicians so their are musical items as well, like acoustic and electric guitars, ukulele, a compact drum kit, variety of percussive instruments, cahone, upright electric piano, a bose PA system, with mics, stands and hook ups, mixers, synthesizers, drum machines, etc. The home features, a lush tropical and desert-inspired garden, multiple stone patios, grand stone fire pit, a gas fire pit, outdoor lounge and dining area, 8-person hot tub, childrens geodesic dome with slide, small wooden childrens picnic table and kids wooden play house. We also own a small flock of backyard chickens, have an aviary, raised garden beds, three happy medium sized pups, and wonderful night time ambience with the help of cafe lights, and an array of colored and white solar up-lighting throughout for drama and fun! The home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups.
