Vintage 1960’s baby blue pettipants by Plymouth Lingerie. Nylon tap pants have a pretty lace hem with bows and a good elastic waist. Perfect under all your vintage dresses! Size Large but fits smaller. ICLWU Union black label. Great vintage condition with one mark on the inside of the elastic. Please see photos for more details.
