This bra has seen a lot of wear and as a result the band is very stretched out. The cups and straps are in good condition, the stitching and details of the bra are also in good condition. The main issue of it being considered "poor" in my opinion is due to the band being so stretched out. May be best for someone with sewing skills and can alter the band of the bra.
